This was our first day of finding a location, and all of us, except for Maya, went as
a group to first study the location of our semester project. We decided on the lily pond because
it was a simple location for each of us to go and observe during the school weeks. So, to take a
look at the observations of the Punahou lily pond check out our journals.
Visit 2 - October 16, By Garrett Moore
It's visit #2, and we found a little bit more about the Lily Pond. Maya's here with us this time, (thank goodness.) and we're starting to go
more in-depth on our research. We observed a little bit more and
found out more things that we didn't see last time. Well...if you wanna figure out
what's been up since our last visit, visit our journals! It should be updated by now..... Visit 3- November 12, by Maya Suzuki-Jones
I'm going to explain to you what Nick, Garrett, Kristin, and I did on our
third visit to the Punahou Lily Pond. At this visit we continued focused observations
relevant to our assigned roles and asked questions relevant to our assigned roles.
If you didn't know, Nick and Garrett are our abiotic people, Kristin is our animal person,
and I am our plant person. Well, we got some good observations and questions so, check out our journals!
Visit 4- December 3, By Kristin Noschese
Hola peoples, this time i'm going to "inform" you on what happened on this visit
to the Lily Pond:So basically this visit was all about the EXPERIMENTING!!! Not as bad as it
seems, but unfortunately Ms. Maya was absent so she couldn't join us, but nevertheless it was actually
pretty productive. We all helped each other brainstorm ideas and assist with the materials and things
like that. If you take a look at our journals, you'll see what we ended up doing!!
Okie dokes, hasta luego!
